The idea is to create a set of applications to be able to manage emergency situations from very small and local ones (i.e. missing power, car accident), to middle one (i.e. air crash, flooding) to biggest and catastrophic ones (i.e. earthquake, tsunami, hurricane) at 360° (useful to whom gets into trouble, to whom help them, to whom wants to get more information about it [i.e. journalists], etc.).
Actually this project is in planning state: in these pages the complete idea will be explained to share it and to ask for comments/suggestions to send via the Discussion page.
